In September 2022, Young Change Agents, in collaboration with Heathfield High School and Seaton High School, brought together 40 of the top entrepreneurial educators from across Australia to South Australia for 3 days to connect, network and find ways to collaborate. The event brought together industry, educators, and government to discuss the current state of entrepreneurial education and imagine ways to bring it forward.
These discussions culminated in a white paper (to be published in late-November 2022) titled: “Championing Change in Australia's Education System: 'Building the Wave' of Leading Entrepreneurial Educators” that outlines the required actions and recommendations to propel entrepreneurial education forward in Australia.

Our School Partners
Seaton High School.
As an Entrepreneurial Specialist School, Seaton High School is redefining itself as a vibrant hub for entrepreneurial learning. Our students enjoy richer experiences, tailored learning pathways and a more world-relevant curriculum which enables them to identify local challenges, engage with experts, explore innovative ways of thinking and problem-solving, and find new ways to test and demonstrate their learned skills and knowledge.
Heathfield High School.
With many of their staff having previously worked in industry Heathfield High School has created a supportive community to allow entrepreneurial learning initiatives within their school to flourish.
Being a category 7 school in the Adelaide Hills a significant number of families in the school community are involved in running small to medium-sized businesses whilst others demonstrate a strong connection to social enterprise.
The school has traditionally strong links to industry through its STEM initiatives and has been actively involved in the Transforming Schools Network with Professor Yong Zhao. Heathfield High School has extensive experience managing curriculum specialisations which has complemented and supported their entrepreneurial learning programs.
