Join us for the 2026 E3 Unconference in Sydney

Our 2026 E3 Unconference is 14-16 May
Destination - Sydney, Australia

Where entrepreneurial education and industry collide

At the 2026 Entrepreneurial Educator Exchange (E3), we’re stepping boldly into the Third Space - the dynamic intersection where education, industry, and entrepreneurship meet. It’s where educators become designers, leaders become learners, and industry becomes a classroom.

“E3 helped me realise I’m not alone - there’s a whole tribe of entrepreneurial educators out there.”

Each session is hosted by fellow delegates and will cover the top topics you voted for as attendees.

    6pm - 9pm
The day will conclude with our E3 Unconference Dinner with special guests including winners from our Teens in Business Awards and the local social enterprise and entrepreneurial ecosystem (more details to come).

    Bus to lunch venue

    1pm - 3pm
Our last stop will be lunch together with a local social enterprise, where you’ll share in good food and drinks and have a chance to connect with fellow E3 attendees as our final activity for the day.

    3pm
A bus will be provided for all-day out attendees to return to the Sydney airport by approximately 3:30 pm.

Get ready to unconference.

So what’s an unconference, you ask?

Think of a reverse conference where the attendees ARE the experts.

We’re bringing the entrepreneurial educators and school leaders together, harnessing our combined expertise to elevate entrepreneurial education.

This year, we’ll be exploring the following three themes with a dedicated AI in action session across each theme.

1. Ecosystems in Action
How schools connect with community, industry, and place to create real-world learning opportunities.

2. Learners as Drivers
Youth as co-designers, decision-makers, and leaders of their own learning and impact.

3. Making Capabilities Visible
How we intentionally build, surface, and/or measure entrepreneurial capabilities in real learning, not just hope they emerge.

Powered by Young Change Agents, in partnership with leading entrepreneurial schools across Australia, this event will bring together educators and leaders from around the country to raise the bar in entrepreneurial education. This will be a hands-on event that aims to generate undoubtable value for every participant.

With special guests, including the Finalist and Winners of the Entrepreneurial Educator of the Year Award will join us, sharing their wisdom and experience.

Our goal is nothing less than systems change across state and national level and we’re truly excited by the possibilities. Read our manifesto here.
